Arrived at the Savoy after our friends wedding in Cambridge.
It’s truly a grand hotel, great relationship managers and top notch service. Location is superb – just off covent gardens and embankment , tons of tube access to trains and a popular bar ” Bar American”.
The tea shop had a pastry chef that was always preparing delicious treats !
The coffee shop does a wonderful afternoon tea service and also, there is a champagne bar.
Gordon Ramsey has a restaurant – Savoy Grill.
The rooms are spacious. We were in a deluxe king. We were in the Art Deco part of the building. The hotel was redone in 2010.
Hubby enjoyed it!!
Drinks at Bar American with friends was a wonderful treat. We did dinner at “the Delaunay”. Great food and service. The company made it even better !
