I left NYC on 12/2 to visit China, Hong Kong and India. One of my longest work trips, but it has been productive. Sometimes all you need is a dosa!
I used to want to marry a South Indian so he would cook me dosas daily! I absolutely love them. The crunch and the butter plus rice/ lentil =bliss. I got to eat it at the oberois Gurgaon. It was tasty. Not the best I have had but pretty good.
