Were are leaving tomorrow but had a relaxing trip in this city. For our anniversary dinner we are at Santa Clara Sofitel at 1621. It was good food! We arrived here yesterday. 90 degrees, cool breeze and friendly, happy people. Staying at a botique hotel , San Pedro hotel and spa. The hotel has 8 homely rooms and a super friendly staff! We did some spa treatments at the trendy Tscherassi hotel. We also ate here at the popular Italian ” Vera restaurant”.Continue reading “Cartagena”

I left NYC on 12/2 to visit China, Hong Kong and India. One of my longest work trips, but it has been productive. Some of the best baguettes we ate when we lived in Paris was from Madison Kayser , close to our apartment. With an outpost in NYC that also offers brunch, it’s a sure hit! A new location to open on 40/5 th , close to my work. A must go-to in NYC.
Sometimes all you need is a dosa!
I used to want to marry a South Indian so he would cook me dosas daily! I absolutely love them. The crunch and the butter plus rice/ lentil =bliss. I got to eat it at the oberois Gurgaon. It was tasty. Not the best I have had but pretty good.
