Firstly- let me start of by saying, this is an IMPOSSIBLE table to get!! I booked it 1 month in advance and got the godforsaken hour of 10.30 pm for dinner. Now , there WAS a time, where I could do that, but these days I need to eat by 9 pm!
Anyway, hubby was just London returned, figured he owed me a night out… we got all dressed up, and went to the hotel by 10 pm to get a drink. The restaurant was full- the bar was full. Full of well dressed, stylish men and women, some american, lots of foreigners, all there to take it all in.
We were seated promptly by 10.30.
We had read all these reviews on the chicken for 2 with black truffle. We ordered that.. overall the food was very average. I don’t understand what the hype really is all about? After eating at L’artusi , maybe the bar was set really high? I don’t know. Not going back and don’t recommend to eat there.
